Return Policy

We ship via UPS within the Contiguous US Canada and Europe only. Shipping to other US State and Territories including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is additional and can be quoted at time of order. UPS does NOT count Saturday and Sunday as transit days for Ground Shipments. Special arrangements at an additional charge would be required to deliver on a Saturday.

Orders received by Noon (Est) are sent out the same day. Real-time delivery dates and express shipping options for our pet are available once a product is added to your shopping cart. In the shopping cart, click on “estimate shipping & tax” and enter your state and zip code.

Delivery Dates provided when selecting the free UPS Ground Shipping option are estimates and not guaranteed by UPS although they do typically arrive on the estimated dates.

Overnight and 2nd Day Air shipping Notice: In rare instances, UPS sometimes does not deliver on the guaranteed date. In cases where it was non-weather related, UPS will refund the shipping charges. If its a weather related delay, UPS will NOT refund the shipping costs and therefore we are not able to provide a refund to our customers. This is most likely to occur in hurricane season and winter months.

Returns Policy
We want to be sure you’re happy with your Pets We Loved order. The following explains our returns policy.

Pet Return Policy:

We happily accept returns for pet in new condition within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A refund, minus the restocking fee, will be provided once the product is received, inspected and found to be in new condition. Pets must be returned in original packaging or be packaged well to prevent injury in shipping. Express shipping fees from the original order are not refunded . And if an order is refused upon delivery, the return shipping costs UPS charges us will be deducted from the refund amount.

Pet Urns Return Policy:
A 20% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A full refund will be provided once pet is received. Pets must be returned in original packaging or be packaged well to prevent Injury in shipping.

Pet Memorial Marker Return Policy:

Custom made Laser engraved markers and stone markers include a 30 day warranty against defects and they are not returnable for refund. Products must be returned in original packaging or be packaged well to prevent damage in shipping.
